The stories of Les Poderviansky are true treasures. Some of them strike at patriarchal morality, while others are sharp satire. “I’ve always been fascinated, both in painting and in plays, by the collision of things that don’t naturally go together – different textures: color – no color, shiny – matte, smooth – rough. When different textures meet, sparks start to fly,” said Les Podervianskyi in one of his interviews.
